Travel Logistics


Our Kickoff meeting will be held at the Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel, beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, ending at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 11. Please make your arrival and departure arrangements accordingly and allow adequate time for your return travel to the airport on Friday.


Registration must be completed by Friday, November 30.



Attendees who live within a 4-hour drive of Montréal are expected to drive to the meeting. Hotel parking charges will be paid by Fairstone. Reimbursement for mileage expenses is based on Fairstone's “Travel & Expense Policy.”

Air and Train Travel

All attendees travelling by air or train are required to enter their travel information in the Registration tab. Our travel provider will send you an email with your itinerary for you to confirm before proceeding to the final travel confirmation.

Emergency after business hours phone number is 514-433-1675. (This number is reserved for emergency or urgent travel requests within 72 business hours before the start of the meeting only. Any travel outside of this period will be handled during the next business day.)

Special Requests

Any special requests and/or requirements can be indicated on the Registration tab of this website. Please be very specific about any special requests (e.g. special dietary or other needs, physical limitations, etc.).


Ground Transportation

Complimentary airport shuttle transfers to and from Montréal-Trudeau airport will be provided for all attendees during meeting dates only. Travel time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 45 minutes 


Should you wish to extend your stay for personal reasons, the hotel cost will be at your own expense as well as any additional travel costs.
